With over 22 years of experience in the field, Payman has a wealth of knowledge in event design, particularly in areas like lighting and technical aspects crucial to event productions.

His meticulous attention to detail and a keen sensibility are the cornerstones of the Creative Production Agencies' ability to direct, coordinate, orchestrate, and choreograph extraordinary events, often catering to some of the most elite clients.

Beckie

Beckie Joon is a multifaceted creative whose journey has taken her from classical stages to vibrant nightlife, from music studios to the heart of unforgettable events. With roots as a classically trained cellist, a passionate music producer, and a former international model and entertainer, Beckie brings a uniquely artistic and emotionally attuned lens to everything she touches.
Her work as a DJ and music director opened doors not only to global stages but also to the world of event production—where music, design, and experience come together. What started as performing at events evolved into a deeper passion for shaping the entire journey: the mood, the energy, the details that make people say, “I’ll never forget that night.”

Now part of the Creative Production Agency team, Beckie brings a thoughtful, experience-driven perspective to every project. Whether it’s an elegant gala, a fashion-forward brand launch, or an intimate celebration, her mission remains the same: to turn dreams into reality and moments into memories.

As a passionate creative, Beckie Joon finds inspiration in the smallest of details—those fleeting sparks that stir emotion and create connection. She believes the most beautiful experiences are the ones that feel personal, powerful, and timeless.

Shawna

Shawna’s journey into event production is rooted in a lifelong passion for creativity, collaboration, and a love for unforgettable experiences. She brings over 6 years of experience as an Events and Partnerships Manager, complemented by 15 years of international accomplishments in fashion and media productions. Her career began on global stages and sets, collaborating with diverse teams and participating in hundreds of events ranging from runway shows and brand activations to industry galas and product launches.

That background gave her a unique perspective on how experiences are crafted—both behind the scenes and in the spotlight. Today, Shawna blends her creative eye with sharp business insight, having managed partnerships in the beauty, fashion, hospitality, and wellness industries. She has developed a deep appreciation for culture and style, and thrives on creating experiences that feel polished, impactful, and unforgettable.

Outside of work, Shawna is an avid traveler, adventurer, and hobbyist photographer. She finds inspiration in exploring new places, capturing beauty through the lens, and discovering details that make life—and events—feel extraordinary. At her core, she believes events are about more than logistics; they’re about bringing people together, igniting curiosity, and creating everlasting memories.

Will

Growing up in Nashville the music city sparked my love for music production as I attended live shows weekly. After undergrad I headed to New York to work in theater. My love for producing lead me to LA to work in film production and naturally I fell in love with Event Production. My goal is always to help orchestrate and rememberable experience for the hosts and guests.
